International Conference on Applied and Pure Sciences (ICAPS) 2026 will be held on the 9th of October 2026 at the Faculty of Science, University of Kelaniya.

Registration
The presenting author of the accepted abstract/ full paper must complete the registration before 5th October 2026 by using the registration portal at https://confpay.kln.ac.lk/conferences/icaps/2026. Make sure to enter your name correctly, as it will be used to issue the certificate for presentation.
Any other author of the accepted abstract/ full paper or any interested individual (non-UoK) can register before 5th October 2026 via https://forms.gle/px1bGypWZwgrL8Cf6.
Submission of Oral Presentation
Oral presentation consists of a 10-minute presentation with a 5-minute question and answer session.
Your presentation must include the following:
- 1. Title
- 2. Author(s), with affiliations
- 3. Introduction and objective/s of your study
- 4. Methods
- 5. Results
- 6. Conclusions and/or discussion
- 7. References
- Acknowledgement
Oral presentation must be in .pptx format.
The file should be named according to the below format.
<Track ID>_<Abstract ID>_<Presenter Name>.pptx

- Oral presentation should be presented in English language.
- Submission deadline is 5th October 2026.
Submission of Poster Presentation
Poster presentation consists of a 7-minute presentation with a 3-minute question and answer session.
The poster must be in landscape orientation.
The aspect ratio (ratio of width to height) of the poster should be 16:9.
The minimum font size of any text on the poster should be 6pt.
Your poster must include the following:
- 1. Title
- 2. Author(s), with affiliations
- 3. Introduction and objective/s of your study
- 4. Methods
- 5. Results
- 6. Conclusions and/or discussion
- 7. References
- Acknowledgement
Poster presentation must be in .pptx format (note that you don’t need to print your posters as they will be displayed on a screen at the session).
The file should be named according to the below format.

- Poster presentation should be presented in English language.
- Submission deadline is 5th October 2026.
Awards
- A certificate will be given to all presenting authors of the abstract/ full paper.
- All presentations will be evaluated by a panel of judges, and at the end of each session, the best presenter will be awarded with a certificate.
IMPORTANT
Local presenters must present their oral/poster presentations physically at the conference venue. Only international presenters are allowed to present online. Pre-recorded oral/poster presentations will not be accepted.
The abstracts and full papers that are not presented at the technical sessions of ICAPS 2026 will not be published in the Proceedings of the 7th International Conference on Applied and Pure Sciences (ICAPS) 2026.
