All presenters are required to register and pay for their registration category. Pay the registration fee either in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or USD ($). A copy of the payment slip should be submitted along with the requested details through the registration form given in Step II

The authors (Local Presenter and Local Undergraduate student presenters) who have submitted more than one abstract to the 2nd International Research Symposium on Traditional Medicine – (AyurEx Colombo -2024), should adhere to the following guidelines;

• The authors (who have submitted more than one abstract) should pay 6,000 LKR for the first abstract which includes meals for the first day of your participation and the symposium kit.

• The authors (who have submitted more than one abstract) should pay 2,000 LKR for each additional abstract which provides access to the conference proceedings and the opportunity to present. The payment of 2,000 LKR for each additional abstract should be paid even if all the abstracts are presented on the same day.

• No symposium kit will be provided for the payment of the additional 2,000 LKR, and the authors will only obtain the opportunity to present the abstract and the presenter certificate.

• The authors who need to get an additional conference kit or food should pay the full registration fee (6,000 LKR) for each additional abstract presentation (subject to availability).

• In order to be considered under the local undergraduate student category, you should have a valid registration at a UGC recognised university or any other acceptable higher educational institution.

• Additionally, your student registration in the above mentioned educational institutes should be valid until January 31^st, 2024.

Payment Procedure

• Payment can be made online or at any People’s Bank branch using a deposit slip.
• For online payment use “AyurEx 2024-S” as the reason for the payment.

• Refrain from using Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) for payments.

• Retain your payment receipt regardless of the payment method, and present it to the symposium registration desk located at UCFM Tower, Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
