Dr. Susil Premajayantha is the Minister of Education and the Leader of the House of Parliament, Sri Lanka. In 1991, Dr. Premajayantha started his political career when he was appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Urban Council of Sri Jayawardhanapura, Kotte.
