Join us at ICAPS 2024 for an inspiring Undergraduate Symposium and Innovation Exhibition, where brilliant minds in various fields come together to showcase their innovative research and creative design projects. This event is a unique opportunity for the undergraduates of the University of Kelaniya to present their work, network with peers and professionals, and gain valuable feedback from experts.

- Abstract Submission Deadline (Extended): 14th August 2024
- Notification of Acceptance: 31st August 2024
- Registration Deadline: 15th September 2024
- Symposium & Exhibition: 11th October 2024
We invite UoK undergraduates to submit abstracts of their research or innovative projects (completed or work in progress!) to the Undergraduate Symposium and Innovation Exhibition, organised in conjunction with ICAPS 2024.
All the accepted projects will be invited to present as a poster or live demonstration if the work involves prototypes, devices or models (the preferred mode of presentation should be indicated during abstract submission).
*The best projects will be recognised, and all student collaborators will receive certificates recognising their contribution to the advancement of science.
You are required to prepare the abstract in accordance with the template provided, adhering to the guidelines. The abstracts that have not been prepared according to the guidelines will not be considered for review.

*Please note that the abstracts sent via email or the abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be considered for presentation at the symposium.
