* Authors who are eligible to register under the category of 'Students' need producing their student ID/Student Handbook or a letter issued by the relevant authority of the corresponding university to certify that they are student.
* Payment is not required for Academic Staff members of the University of Kelaniya.
* ICBI 2025 follows a No-Show Policy. At least one author must present the accepted paper for it to remain eligible for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Papers that are not presented will be classified as No-Show and will not be published.
