* Authors who are eligible to register under the category of 'Students' need producing their student ID/Student Handbook or a letter issued by the relevant authority of the corresponding university to certify that they are student.
* Payment is not required for Academic Staff members of the University of Kelaniya.
* ICBI 2025 follows a No-Show Policy. At least one author must present the accepted paper for it to remain eligible for inclusion in the conference proceedings or the T&F volume. Papers that are not presented will be classified as No-Show and will not be published.
