*Authors who are eligible to register under the ‘Student’ category are required to produce their Student ID/Student Handbook or a letter issued by the relevant authority of the respective university to certify their student status. Eligible students are entitled to a concessionary registration rate of Rs. 6,000.
* Payment is not required for Academic Staff members of the University of Kelaniya.
* ICBI 2025 follows a No-Show Policy. At least one author must present the accepted paper for it to remain eligible for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Papers that are not presented will be classified as No-Show and will not be published.
