Instructions for Preparation of Presentations
- Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one of the authors.
- If your abstract is selected, oral presentations are required in PowerPoint. You should allow 10 minutes for your presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions.
- Presentations should be made using MS Power Point (file extension .ppt or .pptx) format.
- Abstracts of all presentations accepted will be published on the conference website and in the conference proceedings.
- At least one of the authors of an accepted paper is required to complete paid registration at full rate for the conference.
- Failure to complete paid registration will result in withdrawal of the paper from the conference program and the proceedings.
- Any paper not presented at the conference will be excluded from the conference proceedings.
*Please hand in the soft copy of your presentation to the session coordinator at the venue of your session at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time of commencement of the session.
Instructions for Preparation of Posters
- Accepted posters will be on display within the exhibition area during the Conference. If an abstract is not accepted for an oral presentation, it may be considered for a poster presentation.
- Authors must handover the posters at the registration desk on the day of the conference.
- Authors must remain with their posters for the duration of their scheduled session, as indicated in the technical program.
- At least one of the authors of an accepted paper is required to complete paid registration for the conference
- The display board for each poster will be 90 cm high and 120 cm wide.
- The Title, Names of Author/s, and their affiliations should be indicated at the top of the poster.
- The lettering of the title should be at least 3 cm high and the name/s of author/s and their institutional affiliations should be at least 2 cm high.
- The text and illustrations of the poster should be readable from a distance of about 1 m (font size: minimum 20 pt).
- The data should be presented in a logical and self-explanatory sequence.
