Review & Publication Process

Desk Review with Editorial Review:

Papers with a high similarity index or those that fall outside the scope of IPRC 2026 will be rejected at this stage without being sent for peer review. The Editorial Board of IPRC 2026 reserves the right to reject papers that do not meet the required scholarly standards, methodological rigor, relevance to the conference theme, and overall academic quality.

Double-Blind Review

Following the desk and editorial reviews, submissions that meet the required criteria will proceed to a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. To ensure the integrity of this process, authors must submit their manuscripts via CMT without including author names or affiliations.

Camera-Ready Submission:

Authors of accepted papers will be notified via email and requested to submit the final camera-ready version within the specified deadline.

Registration:

For each accepted paper, at least one author must complete registration on or before the official registration deadline for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
