Author Notification
26th June 2026
Author notification will include both editorial and review comments via CMT.
(Authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their submitted abstracts, along with editorial and reviewer comments for their reference)
Submission of revised Papers
30th July 2026
Submit the revised abstract, incorporating both reviewer and editorial comments via CMT.
(Only papers approved by the Editorial and Review Board will proceed to the next stage. Please ensure that your revised abstract addresses all relevant editorial and reviewer comments, as failure to do so may result in rejection at this stage)
Camera-ready copy submission
30th August 2026
Please submit the final (camera-ready) version of your paper via CMT by the specified deadline.
(Abstracts not submitted by the deadline will not be eligible for presentation on the conference day, and the presenters will not be able to register, as the abstract will not be included in the conference proceedings)
Registration Deadline
All presenters are required to complete their registration at this stage. Please note that the conference committee will not issue certificates to presenters who have not registered.
Early Bird Registration Deadline
18th September 2026
This is the Early Bird Registration Deadline for paying the conference registration/presenter/participant fee.
(You may complete your conference registration by submitting the appropriate registration/presenter/participant fee under the conference registration guidelines.)
Regular Registration Deadline
30th September 2026
This is the deadline for paying the conference registration/presenter/participant fee.
(If you were unable to take advantage of the Early Bird Registration, you will need to pay the Regular Registration fee. For further details regarding these fees, please refer to the registration guidelines. Further registration will not be accepted.)
