She holds a Ph.D. in Kuchipudi from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan, for her groundbreaking research on “The Science and Spirituality of Shiva Tatva in Kuchipudi Dance.” Her work involved in-depth field research across India’s sacred Shiva-Shakti kshetras and was recognized with awards, patents, and critical acclaim for integrating dance with spiritual sadhana and scientific insight. Her M.P.A. in Kuchipudi from Potti Sree Ramulu Telugu University earned her a Gold Medal, and she also holds diplomas in Kuchipudi and Nattuvangam, along with a professional background in engineering (B.E. in ECE, Osmania University).
Dr. Bharde is a B-High grade artist with Doordarshan, a featured soloist for ICCR and various Government of India cultural platforms, and has performed at premier festivals such as Konark Dance Festival, Jayadev Rashtriya Samaroh, Subah-e-Banaras, and TTD Nadaneerajanam. Her internationally recognized dance ballets such as Ekam Ardhanarishwaram, Ekam Krishna, and Sri Rama Vijayagamanam highlight her creative depth and command over Natya Shastra, spirituality, and Indian epics. Her performances are not just artistic expressions but vehicles of “Devata Upasana”, through which she trains her students in cultural depth, spiritual sadhana, and traditional values. Over 500+ students from six countries have trained under her guidance, many of whom have excelled in diploma exams, won national awards, and received CCRT scholarships. She prepares students not only in performance but also in inner discipline, values, and the practical understanding of Indian aesthetics.
A passionate researcher, she has published 12 research papers, presented at World Sanskrit Conference, IIT Madras, Hyderabad Central University, BHU, and other institutions, and has been awarded four patents for her innovation in integrating classical dance with education. She is a respected lecture demonstrator and speaker, delivering sessions globally on topics like Indian heritage, Navarasa-based emotional intelligence, and cultural preservation.
