Manuscript preparation

• The manuscript should be prepared in A4 size pages in given format.
• The maximum length of a paper is 6 pages.
• To enable the Double-blind review process, remove the author information (name, affiliations, email), personal acknowledgments and grant information in the initial manuscript.
• All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism through a software and the papers with significant similarity score will be rejected without review.

Manuscript template

• Submissions should use IEEE article format either MS Word template or LaTeX template
• Final report should be submitted in PDF
• All manuscript submissions should be done through CMT .  

About the Review Process

Paper submission template

• The same format used for the manuscript submission IEEE article format should be used for the CR paper submission.
• Include the author information (name, affiliations, email etc.) as per the format.
• For the CR copy, the copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper. The copyright clearance code should appear about 1cm below the left column and should be aligned to the left with the same left margin as the column.
• The paper should be resubmitted with the above information even if the reviewers indicated that no changes are required.

IEEE PDF eXpress

• Create IEEE PDF eXpress account.
• Use the conference ID : <To be updated>
• Use ‘new user’ if you are a first-time user.
• Upload the source file and receive the IEEE Xpore-compatible PDF through email.
• Upload the IEEE Xploe-compatible PDF to CMT without making any changes to the file or filename.

Copyright form

All accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplora and for your paper to be published, copyright form must be submitted for each paper. 

The conference will be delivered over Zoom platform and will be managed by experienced technical team. All the presentations must be pre-recorded to improve the quality of the delivery and to avoid any technical issue. The speakers should be virtually present during the entire session to participate in the Q & A session after the presentation.

Preparing the presentation

• The time allocation for the presentation will be 15 minutes (12 minutes to talk followed by 3 minutes for questions)
• Record a narrative digital version of your presentation as the pre-recorded presentation and limit it to 12 minutes.
• Use the paper ID to rename your video before uploading to CMT.
• Please upload the pre-recorded presentation one week before the conference.

Virtual Session

• Make sure you are registered to the conference.
• An email will be sent to you with the username and the password to access conference page containing information regarding the program and the links to the zoom sessions.
• Please check your internet speed, the quality of the microphone before the conference.
• Please make sure to join the session at least 10 minutes prior to the start.
• Rename yourself with your FIRST NAME and LAST NAME to help us easily find you during the session.
• After the pre-recorded presentations a live Q&A session will be carried out. Please use the Raise your hand tool to inform the session chair of your presence.
• Please mute your microphone when not speaking and during the others’ presentations, please use Chat tool to raise the questions if needed.
• You can download and use ICATC 2024 background for the pre-recording and also during the Q&A session.
